How this project handles launch registrations, messages and shared resources.
SNI Medicine is an independent educational project led by Dr Soman Nadim Iqbal. This page describes how information submitted through this website is used.
Registering your interest
We save your first name, last name and email address, along with any affiliation, phone number and subject of interest you choose to provide, your registration date and your consent to a launch update. These details help us understand our learner community, manage the launch list and email you about the launch. Affiliation and phone number are optional. Registration details are available only to the project owner in the private Project desk and its spreadsheet export. They are not sold or used for unrelated marketing. The funding page displays the total number of current registrations to calculate an indicative contribution per person. Names, affiliations, phone numbers, email addresses and individual registration details are not shown publicly.
For a new registration, you will see a personal link for managing or withdrawing your registration. Keep that link if you wish to remove your registration details before launch. You can also request removal through the contact form. An unsubscribe option will be included in launch emails.
Sharing a resource
We save the files or text you send, the subject, resource type and year, your credit preference, and any optional name or contact details. Submissions and files are private to the project review area. They are not published automatically.
Please contribute only material you created or are entitled to share for review. Do not submit confidential examination material or patient-identifying information. Sharing something for review is not a transfer of copyright. Public use of material remains subject to the appropriate permissions and review.
If you request a contributor credit, we may contact you about how your name should appear. Anonymous contributions will not receive a public name credit.
Messages and access
Contact messages are used to respond to your enquiry and manage the project. The review area is restricted to the project owner. The hosting services process submitted information to operate the website and store its records and files.
How long information is kept
Launch registrations are kept until you withdraw them or the launch mailing is completed, unless you separately agree to further updates. Resource submissions are kept while needed for review and development. You can contact the project to request access, correction or deletion of your personal details or a submission.
Site preferences and protection
The public pages do not require an account. The site uses form validation and temporary anti-spam identifiers to protect submissions. Signing into the private project desk uses the hosting platform’s authentication cookies. The website does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Get in touch
For privacy questions or requests, use the project contact form. Include the email address used for registration or your submission reference so the relevant record can be found.
